Alessio Surian

Alessio is a qualified and chartered psychologist and trainer with over 10 years experience in management and leadership assessment . He has delivered development activities in over 30+ countries across 4 continents.(Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America).

A native Italian – Allessio speaks a ridiculously impressive range of 6 languages (Dutch, English, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish). He teaches at the University of Padua (Italy) and he is a specialist in designing business games and simulations and in running training on (intercultural) communication, organisational culture, team building and management skills amongst others.

He is a certified MBTI and IDI practitioner.

Alessio first collaborated with Poisson Rouge in 2008 where he assisted in the development and delivery of a teambuilding and MBTI profiling intervention for Value Retail’s - Retail Outlet village in Fidenza ,Italy. This intervention had to be delivered in both English and Italian.

Alessio has worked with a number of major corporations around the world including recent projects for Diageo, Prysmian and Tetrapack,

When not involved in consulting and training projects Alessio enjoys playing and listening to music.
