Andy Hartwill

Andy has over 25 years experience in global financial markets. During that time he has held a diverse range of senior positions including Head of Research, Head of UK Equities and Global Strategist with several stockbrokers and global investment banks.

Throughout his career Andy has managed teams of people and portfolios through several boom and bust cycles and has experienced the associated joys and sorrows of managing, hope, optimism, realism and the need for constant focus on the commercial imperative.

Over time Andy has become interested in the impact of change on both an organisational and personal level and specializes in the development requirements created by such change. Through his work Andy addresses key issues such as: Where do the leaders and managers turn when they themselves are uncertain of the shifting landscape? How do a groups values evolve in the face of change?

Andy has undertaken a variety of relevant training in both personal and group development. He has been an associate of Poisson Rouge since early 2008 and assists in the delivery of executive coaching, team-development and senior management strategy planning.

Andy divides what little spare time he has between his passions for music, photography and rugby where he is a member of the junior coaching team at Wasps, his wife, his two young boys and his two grown-up daughters.
