Dr Bryn Davies (BSc PhD C.Psychol AFBPsS)
After gaining his PhD in work psychology from the University of Sheffield, Bryn worked for 11 years at SHL Group PLC in the UK and North America, where he led consulting teams working on national and international assignments for some of the world’s top companies including Air Canada, Allied Domecq, AT&T, Canon, Dell, DHL, Hilton, HSBC, Nestle, Pfizer, Sony and Unilever (to name a few!).
Bryn is an expert in the areas of leadership development, team development, executive coaching, selection and assessment methodology and organisational change. He is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
Being is a skilled, engaging and entertaining facilitator, a charismatic and thought provoking speaker and a published thought leader on various aspects of business psychology.
A former ski instructor, Bryn maintains a keen interest in a range of sports from kitesurfing to triathlon.
