Caroline Clayton

Caroline qualified as a Designer at the London College of Fashion.

She was Design Director for a manufacturer supplying both international and UK Multiples such as Marks & Spencer and was responsible for interpreting major catwalk trends and bringing them to the High Street. She also diversified into Uniform Design with clients including Inter-City, Cadbury/Mars, and MacDonald Hotels.

Using her extensive knowledge of the fashion industry, Caroline and her business partner Vivien formed a creative consultancy bringing fashion based challenge concepts to team building.

Together with Vivien she has worked with Poisson Rouge for many years to develop the `Catwalk Challenge’ - a unique team event in which delegates must design, manage and deliver an entire catwalk show including the design and manufacture of the clothes themselves.

Recent successful Poisson Rouge projects have included working with a variety of companies including Hyundai, Eli Lily, and Disney.

When not getting teams to challenge Prada - Caroline also has an active interest in Interior Design and Property Development.

Caroline is married and lives in London. She has two children, her son is a Graphic Designer living in Los Angeles and her daughter lives in London where she has recently qualified as a Doctor.
