Fairley has a broad spectrum of experience drawn from a variety of industries including financial services, advertising and marketing, and latterly teambuilding and event management.
Despite having recently graduated in History at the University of Surrey and now being employed in secondary education Fairly remains an important associate member of the Poisson Rouge team and is often called upon to help with the “how do we make it work” conversations for many of Poisson Rouge’s new challenges
Fairley has been associated with Poisson Rouge since 1995 having at one time been a director of Red Fish (the company which spawned Poisson Rouge).
Fairly has vast experience in the development and delivery of team events and his long-term knowledge of both the company and its clients make him an important member of the team.
In his other life fame briefly beckoned In 2003 when he played ‘the referee’ opposite Justin Lee Collins in Britain Versus the World, a comedy sports series that fortunately only appeared on the wilder shores of satellite broadcasting.
Much to his regret he now has no time for sports, but plenty for his partner, children and dogs.
