Erica Harley

Erica is a skilful learning and development professional and motivator who is able to get the best out of teams and individuals. She has extensive experience in business learning and development, and uses her considerable experience to design, develop and deliver a variety of training and communications solutions for both public and private sector businesses. The exciting and innovative programmes she creates are based on sound development and education principles and have been successful from board level to the shop floor. She is a skilled facilitator who is responsive to situations and people and able to grasp the real group dynamics of the teams she works with.

Most recently she has worked with top level teams of a major construction company on their bid presentations and coached senior executives in presentation skills. Erica is able to identify and release underlying tensions and bring resolution to difficult situations. Erica delivers her message with enthusiasm and innovation and to top it all she is great fun to work with. Erica has a BA Hons from Reading University in English and Philosophy and a Post Graduate Degree from Oxford University. Erica has been closely associated with Poisson Rouge for many years and is an important and longstanding associate of the Poisson Rouge Network.
