Gabrielle Torrance
Gabby heads up the Venue Finding Practice at Poisson Rouge.
Having gained a 2:1 in French Language and Literature from Leeds University, Gabby started her working life as a theatrical agent before changing direction to pursue a career in the events industry. During her four year degree, Gabby spent ten months living and attending college in Paris and is happy communicating and transacting business in both English and French.
Gabby has many years venue finding experience and has placed meetings, off-sites, events, international conferences, product launches and incentive travel programmes in venues around the world.
Gabby has built strong working relationships with numerous venues, destination management companies and venue representation agencies as well as with a wide and diverse list of multinational, blue chip clients.
Gabby is a powerful negotiator, has an encyclopaedic knowledge of venues and has succeeded in forming many close and long term relationships with her clients, understanding and getting to know their unique venue requirements and preferences.
Gabby is enthusiastic, approachable and dilligent and is emphatic that she and her team provide an accurate, effective and professional venue finding service.
Outside the office Gabby is a keen theatre goer and art house film enthusiast and also greatly enjoys exploring art galleries.
