

Mark is the owner, founder and Managing Director of Poisson Rouge For over 20 years now - Mark has specialised in the design, development and delivery of exciting and often unique, performance improvement and team building activities and events. Mark is also an experienced conference MC, facilitator, presenter and host. Following a post graduate spell in the incentive travel industry coupled with a growing fascination for the psychology of performance Mark set up Red Fish Limited in 1992. Today – Mark’s company - Poisson Rouge - is well known as a leading innovator in the sphere of individual and team performance development, conference production and event management.
Mark and his team have worked extensively across a vast spectrum of blue chip organisations worldwide, UK Government ministries and public sector bodies and Mark is both comfortable and experienced at facilitation and presentation with all grades of employees and senior management. Mark is a relationship person – his key strengths lie in his ability to communicate effectively in an open and interactive style.
His core values revolve around openness, honesty, challenging, having fun at work and delivering results and the creativity and innovation of what Poisson Rouge does is what drives him. Mark’s presentation style is fluent, funny and engaging and his facilitation style is honest, practical and straight talking. Many of his clients have been supporters for many years. Mark is happy to deliver speeches and facilitate in both English and French. Outside of his Poisson Rouge world Mark is a published author and a qualified rugby coach. He has a wife and a son to whom he is devoted and a passion for food, wine, travel and sport.
