

Raminder Braich is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 10 years experience in management and leadership assessment, development and executive coaching. She has completed over 50 significant organisational, human resources and general management consulting assignments in both operating and project management capacities across a wide spectrum of organisations and industries.
Raminder has worked as a self-employed consultant with the Poisson Rouge Network since 2002 having been with a Consulting Group for the previous 6 years. Her earlier career included Occupational Psychologist for the NatWest Group and Counsellor in a public sector organisation, serving people with a range of psychological problems such as addictive behaviours.
In recent years her consultancy assignments have included designing development and organisational effectiveness strategies and a series of pan-European initiatives in the telecoms industry including talent development, performance management and business improvements in the redefinition of strategic and business processes. She is a superb facilitator and has been very successfully involved in countless team development events.
Recent projects include work: Nortel Networks, Department of Work & Pensions (DWP), Royal Bank of Scotland, Burlington Resources, Habitat, British Gas, Cancer Research UK, Cable & Wireless Communications and the NHS. When not involved in consulting projects, Raminder enjoys writing and design.
She is currently in the middle of her first novel that was inspired by her travels abroad. She is also a fitness enthusiast and is kept busy and entertained by her young family.
