two events facilitated by Poisson Rouge brought energy and a great atmosphere
to our Management Conference. The guys from Poisson Rouge were also
easy to work with, down to earth and responsive to our needs. The Ice Cream
Challenge made individuals from diverse backgrounds work as part of a team
in a competitive but completely unusual environment, and provided entertainment
for the whole group which really broke the ice as the first event of our
conference. The Drums Challenge was our final event and we needed no consultant
to point out the obvious inferences: by pulling together as one large team,
we can make real music, enjoy ourselves and see the value in each other’s
individual strengths. The Drums was probably the highlight for most of
us: it was liberating, it felt refreshing, the sounds were amazing and
it was just really, really fun.

what can I say, a really wonderful evening which completely blew everyone
away. I was a little apprehensive before the start not knowing what
to expect, but I can say it was way above my expectations and the fact
that Tom and Simon managed to get 40 odd people from 23 different countries
and cultures from Latin America, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Asia Pacific
and Japan to come together in unison singing and drumming was no mean feat.
The feedback after the evening was excellent, the dinner was great as everyone was relaxed, talking and mixing well - a great ice breaker.
