POISSON ROUGE LAUNCHES HAPq - A CORPORATE HAPPINESS TOOL - 21 February 2009
After significant investment of both time, money and resource Poisson Rouge is proud to announce the launch of a leading edge profiling and development suite of tools for measuring, assessing and developing Corporate Happiness.

In these difficult economic times - it is vital that individuals, teams and entire organisations are happy.

There has been significant scientific research around happiness and its relationship to all aspects of performance and behaviour and it is well documented that happy people:
Have better day to day health
Live longer
Earn more money
Have better and longer lasting relationships
Seem to be luckier
Are more creative
Have more friends.....and so the list goes on.

With all this in mind - Poisson Rouge has taken the applied science behind Positive Psychology and the concept of strengths-based development and has developed a unique profiling tool for measuring and comparing corporate happiness on both an individual and a corporate level.
