Communication workshops at Poisson Rouge focus on how we communicate in both groups and as individuals. We use speech, drama, art, mime, improvisation, presentation, public speaking, written word and even signs to communicate and teams must think laterally and creatively to express themselves.
Working on the principal that when we communicate a high proportion of the message we deliver is transmitted by what we don't say, what we do with our bodies, how our intonation and inflection sounds, what we don't write etc... we make sure delegates are aware of and practiced in delivering the message they want to deliver in the best, most powerful way.
All aspects of communication can be addressed and the intervention is always adapted to mirror and reflect your key management themes and / or change agenda or development requirements. This is an activity that works for any and every level of team from senior executives downwards and is equally effective for a large team or a one on one coaching scenario.
Some of the reasons customers having embraced the Communications Challenge in the past have included: sales pitching, negotiation skills, report writing, presentations skills, key-note speeches, networking on trade fair stands, complaint handling, interviewing, confidence building... and many more.
