Poisson Rouge is accredited to deliver a range of psychometric, personality and behavioural preference profiling instruments.
Most commonly we use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) to help teams understand the similarities and differences within their team and to better understand why certainly poeple tend to behave or react in certain ways.
We also use Belbin Team Profiles, 360 degree feedback models and Team Dynamics Questionnaires.
