GETTING A HEAD CHALLENGE
Many years ago a client told us that they really wanted their management team to get inside each others heads – so we took them literally... and developed the GETTING AHEAD CHALLENGE
Teams must work together to create a rogues gallery of all the teams heads by producing busts.
Under the guidance of a professional sculptor – delegates first make a plaster mask of their victims ( oop’s we mean model’s) face. Having removed this cast they then build the rest of the bust on a sculptors’ peg using clay, plaster bandage, straw and anything else they can get their hands on.
This is an intricate process which requires patience, creativity and encourages delegates to really get to know each other. It is also pretty unique and will create a lot of laughter when the busts appear back at work.
