The Imagination architects at Poisson Rouge bring fresh thinking & tasty solutions to motivating teams. This event combines product R&D, brand strategy and team dynamics to create optimum team performance (and you get to eat some ice cream!!)
Like many of the production based team building activities at Poisson Rouge teams have to make and promote a new product – in this case an ice cream.
Teams are informed that they have just been taken over and the new owners have changed their line of business to become an ice cream manufacturing company. They must now develop a new product for the World Food Fair - an ice cream that will take the market by storm.
Teams have very limited time to create a new recipe, actually make real ice cream using the equipment provided – then package and promote it.
Judging will be based on taste, packaging, the commerciality of their marketing plans and the TV commercial with jingle that they will have filmed and/or performed live.
There’s no better way to develop teams than whilst eating Ice cream.
