REAL WORLD CHALLENGE
The real world challenge is all about giving. Giving something back to the community, to charity or to people less fortunate than yourselves.
The concept is simple. We create a team development activity which promotes teamwork and a sense of achievement – which really binds people together. We do this by getting them to work on projects for other people and organizations.
Whether it’s building an adventure playground for terminally ill children, redecorating a hospice in London, planning and even helping to construct a school for street kids in Nepal or clearing rubbish from a river in Derbyshire - the projects are diverse and fulfilling.
The work is sometimes arduous but always rewarding.
