STEPS CHALLENGE
OK - so every once in a while a team building activity pops up that is a bit weird - a bit off the wall - a bit kooky - and this one is certainly that.
However, Steps to Success is also a truly inspiring and creative event for those who want to explore new ways to look at the team and how it is developing. It is also very popular
Working with professional dancers we start by creating dance moves that somehow interpret how team members are feeling about their team, their company etc.
We then let teams choose one or a number of pieces of music to which they then create their own short interpretive dance piece.
Finally - the performance!
In a recent event one team went from Tchaikovsky to Tom Jones in under 2 minutes - quite a feat!
