TEAM MECHANICS

Not only is the Team mechanics challenge fun, refreshing, competitive, high impact and unique it is also an excellent platform through which to observe and develop both individual and team behaviour.

Whether you are looking simply to have some fun with your team or for an activity to tie in with a wider development program this activity is well worth considering.

The challenge pitches teams head to head to assemble a working bicycle from a disparate pile of ‘bike bits’. First team to produce a fully working bicycle and then cycle it round the course wins – Simple as that!

Problem solving, resource allocation, communication and time management all play a part here.

The Challenge has been specifically designed to appeal to everyone regardless of technical ability. So even if you have no interest in bicycles this challenge is enjoyable, competitive and totally different.
