Available Formats

This training is avialable in four formats:

  • Virtual via webinar (duration 2-3 hours)

  • Face to face (Half day / full day)

  • Blended combination of both virtual and face to face

  • "Workout" - This is a shorter 'toe dip' session in which we cover a few broad principals - duration 1 hour

Anyone looking to gain awareness and better understand mental wellbeing, to recognise symptoms and to provide support to others

Recognise the main types of mental health illnesses

Understand the types of signals and risk factors associated with mental health

Leave with a simple model as a memory aid for supporting your own and others’ mental health and wellbeing
