This training is avialable in four formats:
Virtual via webinar (duration 2-3 hours)
Face to face (Half day / full day)
Blended combination of both virtual and face to face
"Workout" - This is a shorter 'toe dip' session in which we cover a few broad principals - duration 1 hour
Who Should Participate?
Corporate mentoring is for anybody keen to learn, develop and grow with help and guidance from a more senior, more experienced colleague, often within the same business or commercial sector. This training is for both mentors and mentees so is also relevant to senior team members who would like to share their knowledge and experience.
